Christy fixed my issues immediately. I am not sure Ken Knew what he was doing the first time I called for the 45 minutes I spent with him... they both sent a signal Ken said I had to step outside. Christy didn't but she said I would lose connection with her and to give her another number so she could call me back. High five Christy.. thanks...
