1st off I was told online that my phone compatible which is what made me go on with the sign up(it never said it's a possibility that it will be compatible) I then paid my money an when the sim card came I tried to activate my service an at that moment is when I was told my Phone was not compatible so the person I spoke with told me they were going to refund my money but didn't they cost me double that to get my phone turned back on with my old carrier I went without a phone for a 1 day which I needed my phone
