I set up a new account online with the easy pay option, they took the money off my card only to cancel it the next day. When I called customer service she said that they weren't able to honor the easy pay agreement. Okay cool, that was over a week ago. I still have not received my money back for payment. The only thing they told me is that it would take 3-5 days to get back. It's been 5-7 now. My daughter has a phone with them and we have no complaints about her service. But this situation is really disheartening. L
