I was without a phone for 4 days. CC kept telling me it was my old providers issue. Went into the store and talked to my old provider, seeing that CC already transfered my number they couldn't do anything to help me. CC could not help me figure out how to download the eSim. Ended up staying with my old provider after 4 days of no phone and countless hours working on trying to get the service switched. Not worth the aggravation and small savings.
