I was a member for many years, but when I tried to log in, I found I was unable to access my account. I was informed that I could no longer participate due to my location, which I understand. However, my main issue is the lack of communication; I received no prior notice about this change, and by the time I realized my account was closed, my points had already expired. It took two email attempts just to get a response explaining my login issues. I had accumulated approximately £40 in points for my time and information over the past two years, and now I have nothing to show for it. This experience makes me question why anyone would invest their time here. I cannot recommend this service, as my efforts feel wasted. What a letdown.
