Years of Membership Ended in Disappointment

After being a member for several years, I found myself unable to log in. I was informed that I could no longer participate due to my location, which I understand. However, the lack of communication is the real issue; I received no prior notice about this change, and by the time I realized my account was closed, my points had expired. It took two emails just to learn that my account had been shut down. I had accumulated around £40 in points for my time and information over the years, and now I have nothing. It's disheartening and makes me question the value of investing time in this service. I cannot recommend it, as my time spent confirming purchases seems wasted. What a disappointment.

Beware of Account Closure Without Notification

I truly enjoy using this service. It's very easy to log purchases and accumulate points. The additional surveys further enhance your points balance. I've been a member for years, and the vouchers I've earned have significantly helped my family afford certain items. I've even referred my teenage son, hoping he'll benefit as well.

Loving My Membership Experience

Being a member of this service is wonderful. I get to complete interesting surveys and log details of purchases in specific categories to earn reward points, which can be exchanged for gift vouchers. It's a convenient way to save for things since it doesn't take long, and I can do it at my convenience.

Poor Customer Service Experience

They never respond to emails. When I call, I wait for 20 minutes to be greeted by a dreadful noise and a voice that sounds cartoonish, assuring me that my call is important. Once connected, I'm told all agents are busy and to leave a message or send an email, which is pointless since they don’t reply. I finally got a response telling me to call, but since they never answer, I'm stuck. They won't assist me despite my repeated claims of being hacked. This is a frustrating experience, and I may have to close my account.

Long-Time Member Facing Disappointment

I've been a member for many years, but at 80, I've been cut off. I was unaware of this policy until recently. It's upsetting to receive no warning to use my points as I wished. I was just informed I have eight weeks to spend them, and upon calling, I was told I can only redeem them at specific stores. Members should be mindful and spend their points before reaching 80 to avoid restrictions. Not impressed at all.

Good Overall but Limited Choices

As a long-time member, I've accumulated a significant amount of points. However, the reward categories are so limited that I have few options to redeem my points. I've previously reached out about this and received a dismissive reply. I belong to other survey platforms that offer a wide range of redemption options. It's time for this service to modernize and provide more choices. I've also learned that upon reaching 80, membership will be terminated, which seems ageist. What will happen to our points then? I seek clarity on these issues.
