The business stopped crediting rewards points and it avoids giving an explanation concerning the issue. They owe 3-4 recent survey credits. I'm not fond of the way how they managed this. Update: The support team has contacted me and demonstrated a decent handling culture to resolve the issue. I believe that the temporary technical issue is going to be resolved.Further update: the team said my point would be credited in 48 hours but that hasn't happened. I tried to reach out to the business but it took me to the voicemail. Eventually, the business resolved the issue. they had seemingly a technical issue. Thank you very much!Thank you very much!
