After being a member for several years, I found myself unable to log in. I was informed that I could no longer participate due to my location, which I understand. However, the lack of communication is the real issue; I received no prior notice about this change, and by the time I realized my account was closed, my points had expired. It took two emails just to learn that my account had been shut down. I had accumulated around £40 in points for my time and information over the years, and now I have nothing. It's disheartening and makes me question the value of investing time in this service. I cannot recommend it, as my time spent confirming purchases seems wasted. What a disappointment.
