Review Time
I echo the recent negative feedback. I had them design a website, which took 3-4 months to launch, and the result looked amateurish. I spent additional months trying to get it right. Although I accepted it, I received negative feedback from other designers. I've stopped using their services, and it was a waste of both time and money. Do yourself a favor and invest more elsewhere; you'll be grateful you did.
I know all the rest of the reviews for this company are pretty bad. Right after signing up with them I decided to check out there reviews and was quite shocked by all the complaints. I had just handed them over $500 to start a campaign. ( Stupid of me to do so without checking )So the next day I contacted them politely telling them that I had made a mistake due to limited funds after a job cancellation. I asked them if it might be possible to cancel our contract and get at least a partial refund. Lo and behold they actually were kind enough to return all my money to me!So in this regard they conducted themselves in a very ethical and honourable manner.Thank you Consumr Buzz for helping me out of a tight situation. I hope they can continue to improve their track record in the future
Constant calls. I asked a couple questions about reviews on BBB and the guy named Andrew stated they should be good. I read a couple. He got mad and asked if we were just going to read reviews since I am the one who asked for help.... no I didn't .. you called me. He then gets upset and rude and starts trying to belittle my company. I asked If that's how he gets customers to sign up by being rude and insulting them. He said yes lol what a joke. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND YOU WILL SEE A SCAM.
This is the worst website company that I have delt with. Their website design was totally useless and provided no costumer response. I received zero phone calls from new costumers over two months. I would never recommend them to anyone.
This is a terrible company. They called me to help me "verify my Google listing". They had an excellent salesperson who gave me a good deal on a new website for my business. I did give them my credit card and signed the agreement for the website. After signing, my credit card was hacked and used to purchase multiple gift cards for $300 ea. This was on a credit card I had not been using. So I immediately canceled the Consumer Buzz contract. Consumer Buzz did NO work for me at all but still charged me $850 in full for the contracted work.This is a scam. Do not use them. They are unethical.
