This service is disappointing. They made all these claims about connecting to a voice platform, but delivered nothing. They promised to get me on the first page of search results, which turned out to be false. They said they would update all directories, yet nothing happened. After paying for 6 months, I am in a worse position than before. Very unsatisfactory service. I also had them create a website, and they took my business name.
Working with the representative was a fantastic experience. She was incredibly helpful and patient, going above and beyond to ensure I received everything I needed. I look forward to reaching out to her again whenever I have questions, knowing I will receive top-notch service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This service is awful. They made numerous promises about connecting to Google Voice, but delivered nothing. They claimed they could get me on the first page of Google, which turned out to be false. They said they would update all directories, but that didn't happen either. After paying for six months, I'm worse off than before. Completely unsatisfactory service, just awful. I had them create a website, and they even misappropriated my company name.
I don't think this service is terrible; I just feel they don't match representatives with companies effectively. We're satisfied with the website, but haven't received any updates on the changes we requested. Despite this, I've decided to adjust my review even though they didn't refund the service we didn't receive.
They took my money and set an appointment that they never honored. I demanded a refund and even had to cut off my bank account. They messed up my finances and offered nothing in return for my business. Do not engage with this service; they are nothing but thieves. They even contacted me claiming they would issue a refund and set up a website, yet they've done nothing but take my money. Complete con artists.
I initiated services with a phone call regarding Google listings, thinking it was a good idea. After paying a few hundred dollars, I saw no new accounts. The listing somehow ended up with another service, leading to unwanted phone calls and additional fees. After spending over $800, I canceled all services via email. They continued to withdraw money from my account, forcing me to change my card. They even attempted to charge me again last month. To date, there have been no new accounts or sales from what I did with them. I've reported this to my bank and received a letter confirming the charges.
This service is a complete waste of time and money. Initially, they seemed focused on selling a website, but when I sought help with a page, they misrepresented themselves as affiliated with Google Pages. It was a total sham. Avoid this service at all costs; you will regret it and find it difficult to terminate their services.
This has been a very disappointing experience. The representatives are overly persistent and borderline harassing. Today alone, I received 10 contacts—4 texts and 6 phone calls in quick succession. Despite my repeated requests to stop contacting me, they continue. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never work with this organization again, nor will I recommend them to any small business. They need to improve!
