I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered from their site only because it clearly said 1–2 business days for delivery. The moment I placed my order, the timeline suddenly changed to 1–3 days, and then I got an email saying it was delayed even more because the item “wasn’t in stock.”If something isn’t actually available, it shouldn’t show as in stock. This was a huge inconvenience — I’m completely out of contacts, and I only placed my order here because I needed them quickly.Their idea of making it right was to “upgrade” me to express shipping, which makes no sense because that’s what I expected from the start. They’re not doing me a favor — they’re just trying to fix a mistake that never should’ve happened.False advertising, slow processing, and poor communication. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
