Placed a large order online for pint tins. Got the order and then an email weeks later saying that there was a charge back from me to Cary Company for that order. held another larger order demanding payment for the mysterious charge back and then charged my card. There was no charge back and I have paid twice for the same order.
Terrible products and customer support. Containers came in bad condition and incredibly scratched up; I cannot use them to sell my products to customers. I called to get a return/refund and it's a small test order ($100) and they would not accommodate. I sent them videos of the products I received and was willing to send back the products for assessment. I don’t know where this would be deemed ok to send damaged goods to your customer.
