I recently discovered that I have been charged a monthly subscription by Tailor Brands for over two years without being properly aware of it.
I did not receive any renewal reminders or communication that would have allowed me to monitor or cancel this subscription in a timely manner. As a result, recurring payments continued without my informed consent.
Given these circumstances, I formally request a full review of my account and a refund of the amounts charged during this period.
I would appreciate your prompt response.
One of the worst services I’ve ever used for LLC registration. Tailor Brands feels like a real scam — I strongly suggest staying away from them.
• They failed to deliver what was promised on their website.
• Multiple payments were deducted from my card without proper explanation.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tailor Brands. What should have been a simple process turned into a stressful, confusing mess.
I was charged for multiple services, and when issues came up, getting clear answers or resolution was incredibly difficult. Support responses felt slow and scattered, and instead of fixing the full problem, they only offered a refund for one portion (the EIN) while saying the rest had to be “forwarded to another team” with no clear timeline.
The lack of transparency, the back-and-forth, and the overall disorganization made this experience overwhelming and frustrating. I requested refunds due to the issues, but it has taken far more time and effort than it ever should.
I do not recommend using this company unless you’re prepared to deal with billing confusion and a difficult cancellation/refund process.
Lawerence was such a great help today! If you need help if possible ask for Lawerence! He made sure that I left a happy customer. This is my first time starting my own business let alone using a service like this so all of this is very brand new to me! He helped me navigate through actually two different things today and I’m so grateful thank you so much Lawerence!! 😊😊
I made a mistake on my part when submitting my driver's license. It had my old address and not the one Im currently residing at. It was a hassle to fix it (mostly because of the DMV), but it was a breeze competing the notary process for my virtual mailbox and now I'm on my to finishing goals. Quick and easy.
Trying to charge me multiple times for the annual service. My account was temporarily suspended because my bank blocked their multiple charges. Why is customer service an Indian guy who will forward my inquiry to his manager? Sounds fishy to me. Requested account deletion. We’ll see what happens next. STAY AWAY!!! ZenBusineas is much better.
