I ordered a pergola in January 2025, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's absurd how they inform you of significant delays and then proceed to take the final payment the next day. Now, 10 months later, all I receive are excuses blaming everyone but themselves. I will never purchase from them again. Avoid at all costs!
