I placed an order for a Louvre system on 8 March 2025, expecting delivery by mid-July 2025. Just four days before the scheduled delivery, I received an email stating that my order was delayed by another three months. It wasn't even in production, and they informed me that the new delivery date would be October 2025. Then it changed to November 2025, followed by early December 2025, late December 2025, mid-January 2026, and finally February 2026. They are unresponsive on the phone, never return calls, and take weeks to reply to emails with vague answers. I never receive clear information from them, and processing refunds takes ages. They've disabled reviews on their social media and remove negative comments about their service. They take your money without delivering anything. As an importing and distribution company, their service is severely lacking and they shouldn't be operating.
I regret not researching the reviews before making my purchase. The negative comments truly reflected my experience. There's no need to reiterate what has already been stated. There seems to be a serious issue with this company. My suggestion - Look elsewhere!

They claim your delivery will take three months, but they continually extend the timeline. I ordered a structure last year and faced numerous delays (6 months), and now the additional items are pushed to 11 and 12 months. They already have your money, so you're left in a tough spot!
I purchased a pergola in February 2025 for $5700, promised a three-month arrival, but this led to countless delays and excuses. One reason given was mold found on the shipment, causing further delays. It's now December, I canceled my order in early November, and still no refund. Communication is painfully slow and inadequate, and I will be pursuing a small claims action on Monday. Disappointing experience!
They continually push back their delivery dates. I just canceled my latest order again. For a company that claims to excel in importing products, they seem completely clueless. I won’t waste my time again and will ensure that others are aware of their incompetence.
I ordered a pergola in January 2025, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's absurd how they inform you of significant delays and then proceed to take the final payment the next day. Now, 10 months later, all I receive are excuses blaming everyone but themselves. I will never purchase from them again. Avoid at all costs!
This company is a complete farce, constantly coming up with endless excuses for shipping delays, holding onto customers' money for as long as possible, then offering refunds months later after profiting from interest on your funds. I've experienced over a year of delays on a pergola, with excuses ranging from mold (on aluminum) to damaged containers, and more. I would never buy from them again; they deserve investigation! One star is generous, but I can’t give a negative rating!
An unbelievable failure! We've ordered four items, and every single one has had issues. The outdoor couch was delayed, followed by a complete cancellation with no explanation. The umbrella arrived with missing parts. The Luxe Pergola ordered in March 2025, for delivery in July... September, November... and now January 2026! We prepared a deck for summer, and it seems it will never arrive. Canceling immediately and hoping for a refund. Is this company going under? Something feels very off... such a scam.
I paid nearly $8000 for a louvred pergola in February. The latest update indicates it won't arrive until December 19th, and I have no confidence this will actually happen. I wish I had never dealt with this company. Never again!
