We have experienced significant delays with one of our orders, which has been postponed four times over several months. When I called customer service, they informed me that for orders delayed over 30 days, we could request a refund. We did so, and were told the refund would take 3-5 days. However, it has now been 10 days and we still haven't received the payment.We also got another notification that a different order has been delayed by another three months. The staff couldn't even confirm the new delivery date. It feels like their business model is to take full payment without delivering products for months, using customers as an interest-free bank. I don't think this is ethical and won't be ordering from them again. We're still waiting for our refund and hoping it comes through soon. Very disappointed.
