I placed an order for a Louvre system on 8 March 2025, expecting delivery by mid-July 2025. Just four days before the scheduled delivery, I received an email stating that my order was delayed by another three months. It wasn't even in production, and they informed me that the new delivery date would be October 2025. Then it changed to November 2025, followed by early December 2025, late December 2025, mid-January 2026, and finally February 2026. They are unresponsive on the phone, never return calls, and take weeks to reply to emails with vague answers. I never receive clear information from them, and processing refunds takes ages. They've disabled reviews on their social media and remove negative comments about their service. They take your money without delivering anything. As an importing and distribution company, their service is severely lacking and they shouldn't be operating.
