I ordered an air hockey table. Estimated dispatch 2 December 2021. The deal went through. My credit card payment was accepted and Invoice confirming that received. I have received one generic email advising me that there are delays - no estimate on delivery. I phoned before Christmas to get an update as this was a Christmas present for my kids - with no empathy they told me to download a 'picture' from the website. What kid wants to receive a picture of the gift they were supposed to get for Christmas. No discount, no nothing offered. In the interim I have sent emails, left numerous voice messages (as the phones doesn't get answered). The date is no 21 January 2022, no tracking number provided. No goods received. My account page continues to say the order is "In Progress". No revised dispatch date received or noted on my account page. I have emailed twice seeking updates. No response to telephonic voice messages I have left (3). My order does not even appear to be in the queue as no tracking number assigned? Just a communication vacuum. Other goods ordered from Auckland are not similarly delayed. Only 3 days max from providing tracking to pick up! They say you can tell how good a company is when you hit difficult times or have an issue. Sorry to advise Container Doors customer service really really poor..
