We placed an order for a side drop-down blind for our pergola back in February 2025. Initially, we were informed that delivery would happen in October, but it was then postponed to January, and now it's been pushed to March — that's a total of 13 months for just one blind! This is extremely frustrating. We ordered early specifically to have it ready for the summer, and now the season has passed. Such a lengthy wait for a single blind is simply unacceptable!!!!!

I ordered and paid for a pergola (almost $5k) in February for a June delivery, which was last-minute delayed to September. Now, on September 12th, after multiple emails requesting delivery confirmation, they have postponed it to the end of November. I'm going to cancel and request a refund because my house is going on the market, and I can't wait. How long will it take to get my refund?
I strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering from this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive over six months ago, and I'm still waiting. There has been minimal proactive communication from their team. Every time I followed up, I received vague updates or was ignored completely. If there were genuine delays, a responsible company would keep customers informed. Instead, I felt completely left in the dark. The lack of accountability and professionalism has been very frustrating. When spending hard-earned money, the least expected is honesty and basic customer service, which this company has failed to provide. I would not recommend them and certainly won't order again.

There was one shipping delay, but I received an email well before the original delivery date informing me of the delay. The product arrived as stated. The nature of combined shipping can make timelines a bit flexible—if you need a guaranteed delivery date, consider buying from a local retailer. My latest orders included a 4m x 3m pergola, side louvres, a roller blind, and a lighting system. I continue to be impressed by the quality of the products compared to similarly priced local options. Assembling the pergola and components was enjoyable, and it looks fantastic!
I bought a pergola and a sun screen. The sun screen didn't fit and was ineffective. The aluminum structure of the pergola has badly corroded, and since it’s over a year old, I received no assistance, not even a return call. I would never buy from this company again or recommend them. The only thing they did promptly was charge my card.
After numerous emails and phone calls about the pergola I ordered and paid for, with a promised delivery date of November 10th, 2021, I still haven't had my goods dispatched. I received two group emails, the last stating the pergola was with the delivery company and to expect a call. No luck there. The communication and service have been terrible. Not recommended.
