Purchased kayak in November for dispatch date 10th December. It is now 15 Jan and no update. Received one email in December about delays. But over a month and no communication is very poor. I have called ~4 times and get the same response "kayak is in a warehouse in Manurewa and waiting to be delivered to our warehouse". This just does not make sense to me. It's a shame that I have to call for updates, rather than get a weekly update now that we are over 5 weeks from initial dispatch date.I just want my Kayak summer will be over soon 😩
