I ordered 2 sets of Festoon Lights. Estimated dispatch 21 October. The deal went through. My credit card payment was accepted and Invoice confirming that received. Date now 31 October. No tracking number provided. No goods received. My account page continues to say the order is "In Progress". No revised dispatch date received or noted on my account page. I have emailed twice seeking updates. No response. OK an unspecific generic email to all affected customers received saying there are delays due to Covid and Relocation. Media says around 5 days Auckland Covid backlog for carriers. But my order does not even appear to be in the queue as no tracking number assigned? Just a communication vacuum. Other goods ordered from Auckland are not similarly delayed. Only 3 days max from providing tracking to pick up! They say you can tell how good a company is when you hit difficult times or have an issue. Sorry to advise Container Doors customer service is broken.
