I ignored the negative reviews based on the fact that most people cant use a computer.Unfortunately I connected my social media and schedule a post. The post never posted to my socials. I contacted their support. Theyre pretty quick to respond, so I wanted to explain the negative review.They're looking into the "issue" right now. The problem is my posts have no extra bells and whistles. Nothing that should throw a wrench in the gears. Just completely basic posts. The first post failed. I reconneced my socials and nothing changed.In addition, I had previously used Zoho and another app called OllyOlly. Using the same process of connecting my socials and posting, neither company had an issue.I'm frustrated because to change a social platform you have to connect 10 or so social platforms. For the social planner to not work in the most simple way is just crazy. Especially since I've done this exact process with 2 other companies.Anyways, the platform could be amazing in the future but it doesnt seem fully developed to say the least.I see that the onwer Dom, responds to most posts. My opinion is 100% reversible. If you figure it out quickly I'd love to change my review. Just based off the customer support not having access to my account I just doubt this issue will be resolved easily. If it's resolved quickly I doubt there is a good reason for the issue.
