Great product! It has far more bells & whistles than expected. Other companies are charging a fortune for something like this. I love that I can connect all my accounts. Glad I did not pass this up!

The app isnt there yet. I understand theyre working on it so ill update my review in a few months.

1) Syncing certain social platforms is time consuming and too difficult.

2) Posts don't go out at the exact time you schedule. This doesn't matter but it was a surprise. I do know this matters for certain creators.

3) My most recent post uploaded to every social fine except Facebook. The video is pixelated and bad quality. Even the "good" posts seem low quality. They say this is because of the uploaded video quality. Either it doesnt match the correct ratio or some other aspect. While using other social app managers, this didnt happen.

4) I think its a great value at $67 for life but if I was paying monthly I would be super upset. I think this is also their view on their product until they fix some of these issues. Once the product is worthy of monthly charge, they will do so.

There are other issues but I don't have the time into researching the fix. Reddit, mastadon, bluesky and some others fail to upload. I'm sure there is a fix but is not as easy as a few clicks. Theres a lot of workarounds and BS you have to swim through.

I know what the company response will be and thats fine but the truth is, the platform doesnt cut it yet. I do actually believe in them and I do think it will get there but until then, its not a finished platform.

I would rate it a minus 5 if I could. It sucks does not work and they keep asking for more money for ore add-ons to get it to work and it never does. They will not refund your money. BEWARE STAY AWAY!

I ignored the negative reviews based on the fact that most people cant use a computer.

Unfortunately I connected my social media and schedule a post. The post never posted to my socials. I contacted their support. Theyre pretty quick to respond, so I wanted to explain the negative review.

They're looking into the "issue" right now. The problem is my posts have no extra bells and whistles. Nothing that should throw a wrench in the gears. Just completely basic posts. The first post failed. I reconneced my socials and nothing changed.

In addition, I had previously used Zoho and another app called OllyOlly. Using the same process of connecting my socials and posting, neither company had an issue.

I'm frustrated because to change a social platform you have to connect 10 or so social platforms. For the social planner to not work in the most simple way is just crazy. Especially since I've done this exact process with 2 other companies.

Anyways, the platform could be amazing in the future but it doesnt seem fully developed to say the least.

I see that the onwer Dom, responds to most posts. My opinion is 100% reversible. If you figure it out quickly I'd love to change my review. Just based off the customer support not having access to my account I just doubt this issue will be resolved easily. If it's resolved quickly I doubt there is a good reason for the issue.

Amazing time saver

Amazing time saver! I've been able to post a month's worth of ads at once. I love doing bulk ads. WELL worth the price! I would highly recommend Content360 for anyone needing to pormote or get the word out about anything to your social media platforms. I love It!

Although I found Content 360 a little confusing to learn in the beginning, the time it has saved me posting ads is amazing. Yes, it takes you some time to load your media library. And to write the ads and upload your different social media sites, I assure you that it is definitely worth the cost of the program.

The experience with this platform for me is amazing and its seen to improve on it to reach more and more plp do that for me doing it separately is a headache because I don't have the time. So, this platform it been GOLD for me.

I used Content 360 two to three times a week and find it helpful in scheduling Ads. Support has been exceptional and the training video are kept very simple.

Honest review after two weeks

I'm pretty new to content 360. I've used it for about a week and a half. But what I can say is that the program actually does work at the same time and schedule your post pretty well. It has some limitations that are app specific (eg, can only post 10 photos in a carrousel on IG when the limit is 20) probably something to do with the coding and integration on the backend. I did message Support about the dashboard, not showing up all the insights that should be coming from Instagram or TikTok. They responded pretty promptly, letting me know that the dashboard was a relatively new feature that they are building into the site and that it will be operational soon.So all in all, I think they're pretty trustworthy.
