The service started off strong, but has faltered at the end. After a change in my order in October, I was left with a significant credit balance. The order, finalized in September, had a credit exceeding £1000. The company assured me that the refund would be automatic and processed within a few days. Four months later, I'm still waiting for this repayment. Despite numerous phone calls, I'm always told that 'someone will call you back', but that never happens. Today, I was informed that the repayment is pending the 'decision' of the Managing Director. However, it's not his decision to make; it's my money, as indicated on their last credit note. Their refusal to process my refund is simply unacceptable. Perhaps airing my complaint publicly will prevent a court action from reaching the MD's desk this week. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.
