I ordered the product HW Painless Blood Glucose ALL DAY order #8073S102187. The product is suppose to be HW GT5. They shipped me HW 28 (which is only a fitness and heart rate monitoring not Glucose). I sent them the pic and email immediately. They offered me 4USD discount when I paid over $44. Each time they keep sending me 2USD more discount to 8USD. I keep telling them I don't need the old product. Sent me what I ordered or refund me the money. No luck. Their return policy is only on books. Do not expect any service as they don't care.
