Scam company

They're a scam company that doesn't send the product advertised. I ordered a Leatherman Skeletool Multi-Tool but received some off brand cheap Chinese crap. And as if by coincidence I'm strangely locked out of my account. Save your money and don't use this company.

Got Scammed by this company :(

I ordered an LED light up larg drawing plate thing for my daughter for Christmas on December 9th. It's been 20 days and it never showed up. The website says made in the USA, but tracking says it was stuck in Ireland and only now has arrived in the USA. Emailing was no help. Customer service replied they "expedited my package" but to simply be patient. I think I just lost my money. Calling my bank next. I hate these scammers.

DO NOT purchase from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first. It is a scam. It's in Ireland and they said it was coming within the U.S. They won't give me a straight answer and it's never going to arrive at this point.

I waited 2 months for my order and then the colors didn't match the picture on package. When I contacted them they said they could give me $4 back and I could keep the product and dispose of it. What a joke. Do not order from this place

Fake item

Tracking numbers do not match the actual shipment route. It showed that it was coming from Manchester US, then to customs US, then to Australia etc. When it arrived it had a different tracking number and came from China. The item I bought had the brand name of the item on the fake tracking document but the item I received was a very small cheap copy. Didn't even look like the Item I ordered. When I contacted them they did respond telling me that the item I receiver was correct. When I gave photo evidence they offered me US$4 compensation. My item that I ordered cost me US$47.18 I am still waiting for a response.Don't buy from them they are fake Chinese products.
