I ordered four large velvet fabric designs, but two of them had washed-out colors and lacked visible details. When I reached out to customer service for a new order with correct colors, I received a response after a week stating there could be 'minor variations' in printing. What I received was far from minor. The response time from customer service is also frustrating. After a week of waiting for a reply, I finally contacted their live chat, where I was promised a same-day response. Three days later, I’m still waiting. I honestly don’t know how this could get worse. UPDATE: They contacted me about redoing my order three days ago. I replied the same day asking for details to prevent design issues, but three more days have passed with no response. I placed my order almost two months ago, and the problem remains unresolved.
