I wear it in my art gallery for my uniform and for promotion. I spent a significant amount on the hoodie, but the material feels cheap. Although I haven't washed it yet, it appears as if it has been worn for a year. I haven't worn the t-shirt yet, but the material also seems cheap, resembling something intended for single use.

I ordered custom jigsaws featuring special artwork, choosing a plain tin for a surprise reveal. However, they included the entire artwork printed on paper with the order. If I wanted them to have a reference, I would have chosen a box that displayed it!

I ordered four large velvet fabric designs, but two of them had washed-out colors and lacked visible details. When I reached out to customer service for a new order with correct colors, I received a response after a week stating there could be 'minor variations' in printing. What I received was far from minor. The response time from customer service is also frustrating. After a week of waiting for a reply, I finally contacted their live chat, where I was promised a same-day response. Three days later, I’m still waiting. I honestly don’t know how this could get worse. UPDATE: They contacted me about redoing my order three days ago. I replied the same day asking for details to prevent design issues, but three more days have passed with no response. I placed my order almost two months ago, and the problem remains unresolved.
I was eager to surprise friends with custom baubles and placed an order in early December. I was disappointed to receive a different design than what I worked on for hours; something clearly went wrong during the ordering process. I flagged the issue immediately, but customer service took four days to respond, offering a discount only after I provided a new order number instead of sharing it right away.
