Shocking experience. As a previous review we looked at Contrado as a new supplier for our business.After receiving a sample order it was nowhere near what we expected. The Sleeves of the t shirt were up near the shoulders, far too small, if I had off sent this product to a customer it would have resulted in a refund and negative feedback. Al's a logo on the back was printed over the stitches on the neckline.After contacting contrado for two days with my concerns regarding the product I received I was promised a reply by email to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive any reply whatsoever.I won't be using this company based on my experience, seriously need to address customers queries are they won't be in business for long.
