I received my initial order in good time, but sadly one item had been damaged in Transit. I contacted the customer service team and Bhavna responded very quickly and arranged a new product in double quick time, which I received today and was in mint condition. I cannot rate Bags of Love and Bhavna in particular any higher. I would not hesitate in using BOL/Contrado again, and also would highly recommend anyone else to do so.
