Terrible customer service!After checking my artwork with there in house team my fabric was printed incorrectly. I saved the transcript where there own members of staff have said I supplied the artwork correctly only to be told after production it was incorrect. After chasing and chasing for over 5 days my issue was finally resolved. Considering this was an internal error I was shocked with how much I had to chase to get my issue resolved. I would have loved to use this company for future orders and production but after the service I received I couldn't trust in there work going forward.
