This company is miss selling products.I ordered a sea glass mug, it took nearly three weeks to arrive. The item looked like something out of Poundland, a completely different mug that they advertised. I payed just over £19 with postage. I emailed the next day requesting a refund, under their policy within 14 days.I took pictures as requested.Their customer service support are useless, asking can’t I give the mug to someone else! Offering £2 refund, then £4 refund, as it is pointless me returning it as their warehouse is in china! And it would cost ME too much money to return! Absolutely shameful.Stay clear of this company at all costs!
