Terrible service

Terrible service, the people I spoke to on the phone were so rude as well. She kept cutting me off and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the costumer service manager which is a load. I just need an exchange for shoes that ran too big I've never ordered off such a stingy company, you would think when you are paying $100 for shoes they could at least provide the return label when you are going to make an exchange and still spending your money. The email costumer service representatives Leslie and Camille were very rude as well. Last time I will ever order off this site and will inform all of my friends on Facebook. It will cost $20 at least to send the shoes back. I have children and that's just not affordable for me, I bought these as my birthday present and thought to treat myself.
