I love the style of converse shoes but the quality has dropped so greatly in the last few years that this most recent pair will be my last. Bought a pair of leather all star and only lasted 3 months before they were leaking because the soles had worn away. The pair before that lasted only 6 months so that's around £140 for 9 months use.
I found the shoes I ordered as a gift to be very reasonably priced. However, the courier choice meant I couldn’t select a delivery date. Consequently, my order arrived while I was out, and my partner received it. This would have been fine if the sender's label hadn’t indicated 'Converse Store.' Now my surprise gift isn’t a surprise anymore. While the product is good and the price is excellent, the service certainly fell short.

This has been completely unacceptable! I tried to verify if my delivery address was correct and was told it wasn’t, with a warning that it might be delivered to the wrong address, yet they wouldn't change it! I requested a cancellation and refund, but after 12 days, I still haven't received it. When I followed up, I was informed it could take another 12 days. Please avoid ordering from here. It’s frustrating, unhelpful, and shows a lack of respect for customers.
The shoes are great, but the delivery service is a disaster! My first order was refunded because they didn’t have stock. I tried again recently, and their courier made one supposed delivery attempt today, but now the shoes are being returned. This company is completely incompetent, and I won’t be trying to order again.
I had a terrible experience. I paid through a payment platform, and when I checked the order confirmation, I noticed the delivery address was incorrect, with no option to correct it before processing. I contacted customer service immediately and was shocked to learn they couldn’t amend or cancel the order. Now, I’m left unsure if I’ll receive my order, relying on someone else to either return it or enjoy the shoes. I won't be using this service again.
The customer service is completely incompetent. Their shipping page claims $20 for next business day shipping, but it can sometimes take 2 business days if ordered after a certain cutoff. While that makes sense, they refuse to update their website to reflect this accurately. I attempted to communicate with them, but they made excuses to not refund any part of the shipping fee.
I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. After updating my shipping address, their website glitched and reverted to the original. I called immediately upon noticing, but I was told I couldn’t change it, even though my billing address was correct. They also refused to refund or cancel the order, despite it not being processed.
