No return label when the shoes arrived maybe cause that's part of the Process. 30 days isn't enough for my run around with this company. Call to get a label was told its coming in the mail. Nothing so call again to wait and wait on the phone. CSR said no your supposed get the label emailed. Get the label but wasn't told that it must be done that day or it will expire. Now stuck with these shoes that don't fit.
