Have been wearing Converse for a very long time. Love them. Are really comfy. Pity though, difficult to buy in Germany with Converse online. Converse Customer Service is very, very poor! I thought that keeping a happy and good relationship to customers is top but I learnt here that at Converse Germany customer service and customers are not welcome. And the rating here speaks for itself. More than 70% have had bad experience with Converse and Customer Service. Change and continuous improvement must be really difficult for the guys there. How sad!
