Disappointing Experience — Misleading Promises and Poor Quality Service. Our experience with this service was very unsatisfactory. A large part of their offering was supposed to include creating a comprehensive sales funnel, but the outcomes were far below expectations. They assured us a video script, which was never provided, and the overall quality of their work was extremely lacking. Support was minimal, and when we raised our concerns with the designated manager, no significant action was taken. In reality, most of the tasks still had to be handled by our own team, indicating we would have been better off with a service that focuses on educating internal teams instead of claiming to provide complete solutions. To make matters worse, after investing considerable time and effort, we found that our leads were being contacted by multiple other companies immediately after submitting their information through our ads. This strongly implies that our lead data was being shared or sold. Overall, I would strongly recommend against engaging with this service.
