I aimed to use a VSL for a call strategy and had heard positive feedback about the service. The team members were fantastic throughout the entire process, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their clients. I appreciated my project manager and found the overall experience to be quite smooth and supportive. The appointment setter program was impressive. However, my experience with the ad buyer was less than ideal, as communication and follow-through were lacking. I often felt the need to follow up and micromanage, yet issues still arose. Additionally, my requests regarding language that resonates with my audience were overlooked, which led to growing frustration with the marketing team. Ultimately, I had to pause the project, though I would have preferred to switch to a different ad buyer. Despite this, I would still recommend the service to my colleagues.
Zach is a true mastermind, with an endless reservoir of knowledge in all areas of Meta Ads Manager, offer creation, and overall marketing strategy and execution. I'm incredibly thankful for his insights and commitment; our program would not be able to serve so many individuals with chronic pain without Zach's guidance. Disappointing Experience — Misleading Promises and Poor Quality Service. Our experience with this service was very unsatisfactory. A large part of their offering was supposed to include creating a comprehensive sales funnel, but the outcomes were far below expectations. They assured us a video script, which was never provided, and the overall quality of their work was extremely lacking. Support was minimal, and when we raised our concerns with the designated manager, no significant action was taken. In reality, most of the tasks still had to be handled by our own team, indicating we would have been better off with a service that focuses on educating internal teams instead of claiming to provide complete solutions. To make matters worse, after investing considerable time and effort, we found that our leads were being contacted by multiple other companies immediately after submitting their information through our ads. This strongly implies that our lead data was being shared or sold. Overall, I would strongly recommend against engaging with this service.
