However, my experience with the ad buyer was less than ideal, as communication and follow-through were lacking. I often felt the need to follow up and micromanage, yet issues still arose. Additionally, my requests regarding language that resonates with my audience were overlooked, which led to growing frustration with the marketing team. Ultimately, I had to pause the project, though I would have preferred to switch to a different ad buyer. Despite this, I would still recommend the service to my colleagues.
