The attention to detail is severely lacking. The vendor and I signed a deed of variation, which changed the loan amount. However, the documents they sent still contained outdated information, and I had to repeatedly remind them to use the updated figures. Honestly, this level of service is unacceptable for conveyancing. Additionally, their fees are not very competitive compared to other firms, which adds up. I regret choosing them.
