Let me start by saying that on several other occasions, I found the staff helpful and courteous. However, yesterday, I spoke with someone at their office regarding a settlement they were supposed to handle for me. I found the staff member to be quite rude, making fun of my hearing impairment multiple times. I would not recommend a firm that permits such disrespectful behavior towards clients.
