Portal was very easy to use. Very straight forward with clear updates. Very fast process in house buying. Step by step instructions were provided in exactly what to do. Everyone I dealt with was fast at replying, and kept me updated with all necessary updates.
Going into the first time buyer process, I had heard all the horror stories of how stressful it is purchasing a home. Well, my experience couldn’t be further from that. I felt supported every step of the way, and with everything being laid out online in a clear way it was really easy to simple to see how the process was progressing. Really good experience. I spotted an error (lenders' fault, not solicitor) with the property address on the mortgage letter a bit late in the process, and correction was handled pretty seamlessly between Tembo and Conveyd without need for me to chase. But best of all was the signing/witnessing process....no printing, signing, scanning etc....all just done electronically.
Th platform made the whole process very easy and smooth to work through. Upload documents and being able to see the progress of my house purchase made the whole process a lot easier. Communication has been faultless. I would definitely recommend.
