**Update** After my review was posted Conzuri got in touch with me and apologised for the delay and worked with me to find a resolution which we did, they explained due to Black Friday volume of orders there were delays in the logistics hence delayed my parcel. I have now received my parcel and am very pleased with our goods - since getting in touch they regularly kept in touch with me to ensure I received my parcel and was happy with the resolution - I received a partial refund which we were happy with.
