I ordered two pairs of shoes for the first time, and they were very nice and fit my feet perfectly. They even made me look much taller. There were a few issues with the shipping company, but Jack and the customer support team resolved them quickly.

A little tip: my foot size is 8, but I can wear a 7.5, so if your favorite shoe style is out of stock in your size, try a half size smaller.

Great shoes with a small hiccup

I would love to rate this higher because I truly appreciate their mission and the shoes are fantastic. The customer service has been quite good as well. However, I did encounter a problem with a pair of shoes I ordered for daily office use; they were coming apart at the sole. It was a bit disappointing, but I understand that issues can occur.
