I bought a $600 sweater as a Christmas gift for my husband and he ultimately decided he couldn’t pull off the style. I returned the sweater within the return window and almost a month later - they still haven’t refunded me. I’ve even called to ask about the refund and he replied he would refund me that week - it’s been two weeks since that call and still no refund. It almost feels like he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Very strange and super unprofessional.
