We have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. We requested to cancel our subscription and even deleted our account before the renewal date. Yet, they charged our payment card again a few days later without authorization. Our support ticket was ignored, and we were charged €60 anyway. No explanation, no resolution, no refund. This raises major concerns about how they manage customer data and billing. Charging after cancellation and retaining payment info is unacceptable. We advise others to reconsider trusting this service.
