Avoid

Avoid! Spent over $1,000 on custom cookies that were delivered 2 days after the party. Was told by customer service they would file a claim with Fed Ex, called back 3 weeks later only to be told, no, we can't do that, by the same lady who told me she'd file the claim. I asked for a refund and was told no. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady who I had been talking to told me that she's the manage then after back and forth she told me she was also the owner and how it's a small family business. The final straw was when I told her we are a school and that the kids who fundraised for these custom cookies to give at graduation would really appreciate getting some type of money back, even just half of it, since they just lost $1,000 on NOTHING, she told me I was a liar and that it wasn't the kids money!!! Our 7th grade class fundraised for this so they could give the 8th graders a parting gift as they move on to high school, so yes, it was the students money!! Horrible customer service. That lady gives this company a bad name and reputation!Update: In response to your response of I have the wrong company, this is copied from the email: Rhonda,I will follow up with FedEx as we did ship them to deliver yesterday.
