Sent a bouquet to my daughter’s dorm and they delivered UPS to university mail system in a box instead of to her dorm so a valentines cookie bouquet will not be received until after the holiday weekend and will be stale. Waste of money.

My order was placed 2 weeks in advance for a future delivery date. It was delivered 2 days after my daughter's birthday. I made several attempts to contact customer service with no response. The statement on their website "satisfaction guaranteed" is only lip service. Will not order from them again. To your response - you explained nothing to me, there was no response to my emails. Also I am not sure how there was "weather" in the middle of August.
Avoid! Spent over $1,000 on custom cookies that were delivered 2 days after the party. Was told by customer service they would file a claim with Fed Ex, called back 3 weeks later only to be told, no, we can't do that, by the same lady who told me she'd file the claim. I asked for a refund and was told no. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady who I had been talking to told me that she's the manage then after back and forth she told me she was also the owner and how it's a small family business. The final straw was when I told her we are a school and that the kids who fundraised for these custom cookies to give at graduation would really appreciate getting some type of money back, even just half of it, since they just lost $1,000 on NOTHING, she told me I was a liar and that it wasn't the kids money!!! Our 7th grade class fundraised for this so they could give the 8th graders a parting gift as they move on to high school, so yes, it was the students money!! Horrible customer service. That lady gives this company a bad name and reputation!Update: In response to your response of I have the wrong company, this is copied from the email: Rhonda,I will follow up with FedEx as we did ship them to deliver yesterday. I received a bouquet of sugar-free chocolate chip cookies.The presentation was fabulous and I've enjoyed the cookies I ate. I've had better tasting sugar-free cookies and these were maybe a little too soft as well. I liked the size and generousity of chocolate chips.My biggest complaint, no mater how hard I tried, I could not locate the nutrients on the cookies. The site just kept looping. As a diabetic, I'd like to know the carb count.
The entire process with Cookies Bouquets was perfect. We ordered 8 centerpieces from them with custom 7 cookies in each centerpiece. We gave them the art for the cookies we wanted to use and they had our mockups of the product ready for us on the date they promised. When it was time to pick up the bouquets, they were available on the date and time requested.The bouquets were put together 100% complete for us. They were also wrapped in bubblewrap to protect everything. All of the bouquets were securely packages for us to drive to our event (650 miles). Everything made it from Columbus to Virginia Beach completely intact. There was nothing to do but take them out of their protective packaging and place them on tables.Cookies Bouquets even provided us with some backup cookies in the event that something broke in transit. The people at Cookies Bouquets are also very easy to work with.And to top everything off, not only did the bouquets look beautiful, the cookies tasted great. Everyone at our event enjoyed them.
Do not use this company for hospital deliveries. We paid 40$ extra to get them to a child at MD Anderson. Supposedly the cookies were delivered to a name we don’t know. There was no picture of drop off and the sweet baby didn’t get his cookies. The manager was extremely unprofessional when we called to find out what happened. She said something about this happening at hospitals but they don’t tell clients this ahead of time. 😢 Supposedly they were gunna track the cookies down and let us know what could be done. Never happened.
