I'm a little reluctant to leave a mediocre review, but items arrived broken, and not as pictured on the web site. Sometimes these things happen, but the thing turned into a saga and a time sink. Cooksmill's customer services staff were friendly, but needed constant chasing. However their couriers (DPD and APC) were hopeless as they repeatedly missed and lied (yes, lied) about collections. It took weeks for the goods finally to get returned and the refund issued. My whole experience has been frustrating and an utter waste of time. The 3 stars are for the friendliness of their staff, and for Cooksmill's willingness to take responsibility, but they really need to sort out their logistics.
