Disgraceful service. My 92-year-old mother returned a product to the address provided and Royal Mail confirmed it was delivered. The company repeatedly denied receiving it, causing her a huge amount of unnecessary stress.Only after she said to forget about the refund did they suddenly “find” the parcel the very next day — claiming it had been delivered to one of their managers/directors.No apology, no empathy, and no consideration for an elderly customer. Very poor handling of a simple return. I would not recommend this company.
